Field Grey designed and developed the uniform for nude skincare. nude is an original range of organic, ethical skincare. Using high performance natural ingredients and responsible business practices. To this end the environmental awareness extended to the uniform.
1. Accessories / The complete ethical uniform solution includes shoes by Birkenstock and Terra Plana, brands that both specialise in sustainable fashion.
2. Uniform / The nude uniform consisted of a grey cotton dress, and a fitted shirt, which complimented the muted colours of the product range. The uniform was made with 100% organic cotton and manufactured in the UK, which not only supports local industry but also cuts down on air miles. The dress has a choice of 2 different belts a cummerbund and a sash, and the fitted shirt for male staff are worn with Katharine Hamnett organic golfing trousers.
3. Environment / The result was a uniform that broke away from the tradition of using white lab coats or T-shirts at skincare counters. The design needed to fit the brief for a smart, ethical and aspirational product. nude skincare is now available in Harvey Nichols and Space NK stores UK wide and Barneys stores across America.
