Approach / The restaurant’s uniform solution needed to cover all areas, from waiters and bartenders to kitchen staff and chefs.
Results / Field Grey selected sharp bib shirts in contrasting colourways to be used throughout the building. Worn with a blood red cotton apron featuring pink herringbone ties and large brass eyelets, the complete uniform reflects the colours of meat and the rustic nature of a butcher’s.
Subtle bovine branding was applied to all shirts and aprons and Field Grey also provided distinctive t-shirts for the chefs that showcase prime cuts of meat.
